We are thrilled to announce the 2025 School of Communication (SCOM) Conference at Florida State University! This year’s theme, Sensational NOLE, celebrates scholarship that resonates—academically, socially, and personally.
We invite undergraduate and graduate students to share research that challenges boundaries, sparks dialogue, and inspires interdisciplinary collaboration.

Full Papers
- Maximum length: 25 double-spaced pages (excluding abstract, references, figures)
- Format: APA 7th edition
- Abstract: Maximum 150 words
- File type: PDF (preferred) or Word document
Research Proposals / In-Progress
- Length: 500–700 words (excluding title, keywords, references)
- Include: Research questions, methodology, anticipated contributions
- Abstract: 150 words
- Title format: Label clearly (e.g., Research Proposal: [Your Title])
