Dr. John DuBard has over 35 years of professional management experience as the founder and president of Advanced Systems Design (ASD), a multi-million dollar management and IT consulting firm that provides services to state and federal government organizations throughout the U.S. His company has been recognized for innovation and expertise including the Davis Productivity Award, the HIMSS Davies Award as well as being named to the Inc. 500 several times.

Dr. DuBard developed and created the FSU Project Management Center and obtained approval for it to be a Registered Educational Provider (R.E.P.) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) to provide approved courses for project management training.   He developed and received approval for FSU’s Graduate Certificate in Project Management, plus developed three of the courses in the curriculum: Introduction to Project Management, Advanced Topics in Project Management, and Agile Project Management.

Dr. DuBard spent 20-25 years coaching youth sports teams and used his management knowledge to coach soccer teams to numerous tournament championships throughout the Southeastern U.S. and to produce over 25 players who were selected to the Florida all-state Select soccer teams.  He has directed and performed in many musicals.  He has written the book, music and lyrics to a full-length musical comedy, The Vikings, which has 14 original songs.  His current hobbies are piloting airplanes, ballroom dancing, playing blackjack/poker, and evaluating business opportunities to make money.

Benjamin Terry Williams has a rich background in the areas of management/IT consulting, project management, knowledge management, and training. He has worked as a manager/consultant for 25+ years (20 years with State of Florida) and as an adjunct university instructor for 16+ years.

Mr. Williams currently serves ASD as the Director of Government Services and Senior Consultant/Project Manager and, as well, teaches graduate Organizational Communication courses as an adjunct at Florida State University. Mr. Williams’ approach is integrative; he likes to bring workplace approaches to training and theoretical approaches to the workplace. In addition to management and training/teaching positions,

Mr. Williams has worked as a management/IT consultant for 6 states in the Southeast (including 15+ State of Florida agencies) and the U.S. government. Additionally, he is President of QuotationWorld Publications, a media company and publisher of the book Quotations To Live By and the web portal (between 2000-2010), among others. His current hobbies are writing, reading, nature walking, following sports/arts, and family time.
